Berwick, Caravelle Crt

This Berwick project was designed to create a complete family outdoor lifestyle space, combining luxury entertaining areas, private retreat zones and playful spaces for children. The landscape was carefully planned across multiple levels, making use of strong structural elements, soft layered planting and water features to create a garden that feels both impressive and highly liveable.

At the heart of the project is a resort-style pool area with glass fencing, surrounding lounge zones and direct connection to the home’s outdoor entertaining space. The alfresco includes a built-in BBQ area, bar seating and dining space, creating the perfect place for family gatherings and entertaining guests.

A feature fire pit area was incorporated into the garden, surrounded by natural stone paving and lush planting. This creates a relaxed destination point within the landscape, perfect for evening use and year-round enjoyment.

One of the standout elements of this project is the private hidden retreat leading from the master bedroom. This secluded atrium-style space includes water features, stepping stones, natural stone, shade planting and a calm garden outlook, creating a peaceful escape away from the main entertaining areas.

The children’s spaces were also a major part of the design, with a sand pit, underground tunnel, play areas and open lawn zones all integrated into the landscape. A tennis court adds another active element to the property, making the garden suitable for all ages.

The finished result is a layered, high-end family landscape that balances luxury, privacy, play and practicality.
