1Step 1
Every project starts with a conversation. We visit your site to understand the space — orientation, soil, drainage, existing features — and listen to how you want to live in your garden.
We discuss design options and package levels aligned with your goals, lifestyle and budget, so when the design phase kicks off we're solving the right problem.
2Step 2
Where your vision becomes reality. Our design team produces concept plans that show how to maximise the space, optimise sun and shade, and create distinct outdoor rooms for living, entertaining and play.
Detailed designs follow — soft and hard landscaping, lighting, irrigation, materials — supported by 3D renders so you can see exactly what you're getting before we break ground.
3Step 3
During planning, we look after everything for you. Permits, council approvals, engineering, drainage calcs, and supplier coordination — all handled by a single point of contact, so you're never chasing trades or paperwork.
Before work begins you'll have a signed contract, a set construction window, and a clear picture of who's doing what.
4Step 4
When we break ground, we keep things clean, safe and on schedule. Sites are tidied at the end of every day, deliveries are coordinated to minimise disruption, and you'll hear from your project lead regularly throughout the build.
We sweat the details — the joins, the levels, the planting — because the finished garden is only as good as the construction underneath it.
5Step 5
Once construction is complete, we walk you through the finished garden, show you how each system works (irrigation, lighting, drainage) and hand over a care guide so you know what's expected in the first 12 months.
If you want it, we'll keep an eye on things for you — ongoing maintenance from the team that built it.
